The majority of the trip is spent in Borneo, the world's third largest island, yet so undiscovered! We will explore what the jungle hides and what ancient secrets it holds.
Borneo's rainforest is among the world's oldest, and everything here feels bigger, wilder and more intense.
Orange orangutans swing between the trees, proboscis monkeys hop along the riverbanks, and colorful birds and butterflies fill the air. Every day offers new encounters with wildlife you've only seen in documentaries before.
Experiences on the trip:
Get ready for a journey of pure adventure! We start in colorful Malaysia and futuristic Singapore, before diving into the main part of the journey: wild, untamed Borneo.
Here you will find jungle trails that will get your heart pumping, rivers you can kayak down, mountains that will challenge you – and nature experiences you have never been close to before. We will explore rainforests full of life and animals you never thought existed. You will meet people who live close to nature, and experience cultures that will give your journey extra depth.
This is the trip for those who want to feel the adrenaline, discover the unknown and be in the middle of nature – not just see it. Three weeks of action, experiences, community and stories that you will tell for the rest of your life.

How to finance your school year?
Some people think that folk high schools are expensive, but it is significantly cheaper to live in a boarding house at a folk high school than to live in a dormitory and pay for your own food. See the calculation example below:
